Penthouse at the Figueira da Foz marina with views of the Mondego river and Atlantic Ocean and quick access to the best beaches. Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, our bright and modern penthouse is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

The penthouse has been completely remodeled with new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, and modern amenities such as smart TVs, rain forest showers and Bluetooth mirrors.

The apartment is south-facing so it enjoys sun all day long! 

The space is comprised of one master bedroom with king-size mattress and full en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with private terrace, one full bathroom, open concept kitchen – dining – living area, and one large terrace with views of the river and ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dish washer, washing machine, cooking appliances, dishes and utensils, cookware, glassware, as well as cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, coffee and tea.

The flat has a hairdryer, iron, 50” (127 cm) Smart TV in the living room with premium cable, and a 43" (109 cm) Smart TV in the master bedroom.

Guest access

It is a self checkin so that guests can arrive at their leisure within the  indicated hours. We are always available during regular hours 9am-9pm for any of their needs. For urgent needs guests are able to contact us by phone, provided on the day of your check-in.

Location

The penthouse is located at Praça Velha (Old Square) in the Marina area, which is in the oldest part of the town. You have everything you need nearby: the fresh local market Mercado Municipal, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, health clinics, the historic Figueira tennis and padel club, and the free ferry which takes you to the beautiful beaches of
Cabedelos.

Figueira da Foz is a historical beach town with its heydey being in the 1920s when it became very popular with the Portuguese elite. Known as the "Rainha das Praias" (Queen of the beaches), Figueira is popular for surfers boasting one of the longest right-hand-point-break waves in all of Europe.

Other things to note

Identification:
This is a self check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before checking in to the flat. This is required by law in Portugal.

Pets:
We are pet-friendly however only allow dogs,  due to the fact that we are allergic to cats and live here part of the year. Guests must disclose whether they are bringing pets with them prior to booking. There is a €10 per pet / day fee. Maximum 2 dogs allowed per stay.

Check In:
Check in is from 3-8pm. If you plan on checking in after 8pm, then you must give us prior notice.

No Smoking:
We  have a zero tolerance policy for smoking inside the apartment. We do have 2 terraces and provide an ashtray for your use outdoors only.

No Parties:
We have a zero tolerance policy for parties on our premises.
