
Sunny and charming 2-bedroom flat located on Avenida Luísa Todi in the historic centre of Setúbal, with three balconies overlooking the boulevard's gardens and cafés in one of Portugal's most lovely beach towns.
The century old apartment has been modernized with new appliances and amenities, while keeping the charm of original architectural details such as the blue ‘azulejo’ tiling, wood frame doors, and traditional kitchen hood.
The apartment is south-facing so it enjoys sun all day long!
The space is comprised of one master bedroom with king-size mattress and balcony, one interior bedroom with double bed and French doors, one full bathroom with bath and bidet, dining area with balcony, living room with balcony, and breakfast nook in the back facing the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, washer & dryer, cooking appliances, dishes and utensils, cookware, glassware, as well as cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, coffee and tea. The flat has a hairdryer, iron, 43” (109 cm) LED Smart TV in the living room, and a 28" (71 cm) Apple Smart TV in the breakfast nook.
Many of the items have been custom-built and sourced personally by us throughout our travels. We hope you feel at home just like we do :)

Guests have a private entrance in the main hallway of this two story building. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor (it's the floor above ground). There is a total of 4 apartments in the entire building - two on our floor (including ours), and two on the floor above us. There is a cafe below our apartment that closes at 10pm.
Identification:
This is a self check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before checking in to the flat. This is required by law in Portugal.
Pets:
We are pet-friendly however only allow dogs, due to the fact that we are allergic to cats and live here part of the year. Guests must disclose whether they are bringing pets with them prior to booking. There is a €10 per pet / day cleaning fee. Maximum 2 dogs allowed per stay.
Check In:
Check in is from 3-8pm. If you plan on checking in after 8pm, then you must give us prior notice.
No Smoking:
We have a zero tolerance policy for smoking inside the apartment. We do have 3 balconies and provide an ashtray for your use on the balconies only.
No Parties:
We have a zero tolerance policy for parties on our premises. Our flat is in a nice, quiet building.
